After old idiot Idiot KapilSibal, now it’s turn of Indian high court Justice’s turn to threaten Internet service providers such as Google and Facebook in India. The initial complaint against the internet companies was filed by journalist Vinay Rai, and subsequently representatives of 21 internet services, including Facebook, Google, and Yahoo were summoned to court. Wow! look at their statement ‘Like China we will block all such websites‘. Do we governed by military or communist govt?

It’s upto reader and websites to read and provide the information in Internet. We are astonished to see such talk coming out of India. An advocate who appeared for Google India, N.K. Kaul noted that both the complainant and the trail judge had not done their homework in this case. This pretty much sums up our thoughts on the flawed approach of our government to regulating the Internet. Internet should remain free and unbaised forever.

One question to our old politicians and to high court: When people arrange prostitution over the phone, is that the telecom operator’s responsibility?

The comparision between the judiciary and government is not appropriate. There is a difference that must be realized and accepted.

Yes, I agree that India’s judiciary is not that rotten as politics. But, passing such senseless banning comments without looking into the depth of the issue and understanding the Internet concept is not agreeable! At least in this modern era.

I would say yes, I guess you noticed the rumors spread because of some bastards against Assam using social media.

When we can’t control users we should control the medium.

I respect your view but I strongly object the language you used.

Thanks for sharing your views! That’s what I call freedom of speech wehave in our country for long time. I just don’t wanted it to evaporate just cause of some politicians by manipulating our media. Our people are good enough to take good things and leave bad things from media. You can take exmple of the thing of our news channel talk shows. The whole motto of the article in favor of retaining freedom of speech.
